Horizon is headquartered in the beautiful South Carolina Lowcountry and guided by Mark Keith, a third generation plumbing contractor with more than 30 years experience, and Gina Keith, both of whom are graduates of the University of South Carolina. Together they lead a corporate family of over 100 employees operating all across the country.
